This role is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction that engages adult learners and supports professional development across the water and wastewater industry, including licensed operators (Levels C, B, and A), engineers, laboratory professionals, administrative staff, regulators, and other utility personnel. Responsible for keeping existing courses updated and identifying and developing new training topics and opportunities through a collaborative, partnership-based curriculum development approach with internal curriculum team members, industry stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
