In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in various legal functions within the department, including: providing advice and assistance to the company and its various home office functional groups, managing major commercial litigation and disputes, review and negotiate large, complex construction contracts with owners, partners, and critical vendors/subcontractors, and, support business units and profit centers by acting as dedicated legal support as well as engaging with key members of senior management. Coordinate negotiations on major subcontracts with the business lead and internal supply network lead; Perform initial case assessment and perform detailed review of relevant contractual provisions, facts, and applicable law to provide early accurate case/matter risk assessment.
