For our new Energy business unit, we are looking for an In-House Counsel with strong transactional experience in project development and finance to join Ferrovial Energy's Legal Department, reporting to the Head of Legal U.S. This role will provide comprehensive legal support for the investment, financing and development, construction, financing, operation, and maintenance of utility-scale renewable energy projects in the U.S., The position will be based in Austin, Texas. Project FinanceDraft and negotiate project financing documents, including credit agreements for construction-to-term loans, tax equity and tax credit transfer bridge loans, letter of credit facilities, and security documents (e.g., security agreements, pledge agreements, account control agreements, direct agreements, etc.).
