This attorney will partner closely with sourcing and sales and other stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Operations, Marketing, HR) to lead and execute inbound commercial sourcing transactions (e.g., supplier or subcontracting arrangements, procurement of laboratory services, contingent workforce and staffing solutions, marketing services, finance and advisory services, consulting and professional services, and other vendor relationships), as well as outbound sales agreements with UL Solutions' customers. Provide primary legal support for sourcing categories such as laboratory services, subcontracting, contingent workforce and staffing programs, marketing services, finance and advisory services, and other commercial supplier relationships.
