This is a hands-on, fast-paced development role where you will build modern web applications, custom HubSpot solutions, and scalable backend systems.
p>Youll create technical content that developers actually want to read, represent Nylas at conferences and industry events, engage with developer communities online, and bring valuable feedback back into our product organization. Youll serve as a bridge between our engineering teams and the broader developer community, helping establish Nylas as a trusted voice in APIs, AI, communications infrastructure, and developer tooling.
The role works closely with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, maintain data integrity, support releases and testing activities, and ensure Salesforce solutions continue to meet evolving organizational and operational needs while delivering a reliable and high-quality user experience for all users. Responsibilities include building and supporting secure, user-friendly portals within Salesforce Experience Cloud, partnering with stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions, and ensuring applications are optimized for performance, usability, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
