Key Responsibilities Assist in coordinating daily project operations and deliverables Maintain communication with clients, subcontractors, and vendors Prepare and track submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and document control Help manage schedules, materials, and labor tracking Support RFP development, bid evaluation, and subcontractor selection Assist with project setup, cost tracking, and progress reporting Support drawing releases, design updates, and change management Use project platforms such as Procore, PlanGrid, or CMiC Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred) 2–5 years of experience in construction or design-build project support Strong organizational and communication skills Familiarity with Procore, PlanGrid, CMiC, or Microsoft Office Suite Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
