Perform work with minimal direction, reporting to the program manager and periodic interaction with corporate leadership **Project Management:** + Responsibility for project scope, schedule, budget, and quality performance + Manage and direct professional and technical staff to complete complex environmental projects + Perform regular client interaction on technical/cost/schedule topics + Analyze financial statements and complete budget tracking + Lead execution of complex remediation projects including RI/FS, RD/RA, risk assessments, and sediment/soil/groundwater remediation + Ensure compliance with CERCLA, RCRA, and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory requirements + Oversee the preparation of work products. + Experience in team management and scheduling of staff and resources to ensure on time and on budget project delivery + Superior communication, writing, editing, and reporting skills for a wide variety of audiences + Experience and expertise preparing proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and change orders + Experience with capture management of Federal Remediation Opportunities and overall business development + Have led teams of professionals in executing Site Investigations, Remedial Investigations, Feasibility Studies, Risk Assessment, and Treatability Studies in support of Federal environmental projects **Additional Information** Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
