Position Requirements · Must Speak English (Bilingual Preferred), no exception · 5 years’ experience with In-Home reconstruction including drywall, flooring, ceiling, cabinetry, light fixtures, wall paint, bathrooms, kitchens and all other in-home reconstruction · 5 years’ experience using XACTIMATE to estimate · 5 years’ experience in Construction · 5 years’ experience in home remodeling · High school diploma/GED · Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, or up to 100 pounds with assistance · Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics) · Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals Pay Rate – Competitive pay based on experience!
