Will involve evening and weekend commitments + Manage development and marketing and communications budgets to ensure resources are used wisely and budget parameters are not exceeded + Prepare monthly development administration and marketing and communications activity reports based on approved completed gift reports and provide reports at DHQ and THQ levels + Review and post development administration gifts from Gift Management System to Portfolio System + Monitor advertising and print billing process including billing accuracy + Code and process invoices for payment + Assist with pulling reports for donor relations and gift planning and analyzing donor lists.
