We're looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to bring warmth, efficiency, and energy to our front desk.

What You'll Do
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism, in person and over the phone
- Schedule and confirm appointments, keeping the day running smoothly
- Maintain accurate patient records and update charts in our digital systems
- Answer client questions with clarity and calm, especially when pet parents are stressed
- Process payments and handle day-to-day front-desk administrative tasks
- Coordinate between clients and the clinical team so nothing falls through the cracks
- Help create a five-star experience from the first phone call to the final tail wag
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of customer service or veterinary front-desk experience
- A people person who loves creating great client experiences
- Organized and detail-obsessed, comfortable juggling appointments, records, and communication
- A calm, kind multitasker who stays cool during the busiest moments
- Tech-savvy and confident navigating digital systems and patient charts
- A clear, compassionate communicator, especially under pressure
- Eager to grow in a hospital that invests in training, CE, and team culture
Schedule
- Full-time, Day shift
- 10-hour shifts
- Rotating weekends
- Holiday coverage as part of the rotation
