p>AUTHORITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: The Physical Security Manager:
Shall report to the Director of Security and requires independent judgment and discretion, as well as the identification, analysis and resolution of security-related matters;
Shall manage and oversee implementation of comprehensive security systems for the protection of employees, business operations, facility infrastructure and both government and commercial programs;
Shall analyze the data of internal operations, plans and directs installation of electronic security systems; such as closed-circuit surveillance, entry controls, intrusion alarms, and outdoor perimeter and microwave alarms;
Shall develop and manage shipboard security programs with liaison with ship construction program offices.
Shall assist and oversee compliance with all regulations and laws regarding the operation of the company under the foreign owned parent;
Shall insure compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) DoD5220-22M, client security directives, and the companys Security Practices and Procedures;
