Develop and implement, or monitor and report on processes related to managing essential elements of WEX's Corporate Compliance Program, including: risk assessment and monitoring, policies and procedures, training and communications, confidential reporting structure and investigation processes, third-party management, leadership commitment to our compliance culture, compliance incentive structures and consequence management, continuous improvement monitoring, periodic testing and review, and measuring and reporting on program effectiveness. The successful candidate who assumes this role will coordinate, track and report on key Compliance Program activities as outlined in the U.S. Federal Sentencing Guidelines for business organizations, and help coordinate day-to-day activities of the Corporate Compliance team, including ethical culture promotion, providing guidance and education on WEX's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, conflict of interest management, ethics and compliance hotline management, and internal investigations coordination and oversight.
