This role will assist with supplier compliance programs related to Foreign Entity of Concern (FEOC) requirements, Section 232, Section 301, antidumping/countervailing duty regulations, customs clearance, import/export documentation, supplier certifications, contract administration, and compliance recordkeeping. The ideal candidate will have experience in international trade compliance, customs operations, import/export regulations, supplier management, and contract administration within a manufacturing, logistics, renewable energy, or international trade environment.
