The role is highly employee-facing and requires someone who can provide hands-on support to employees navigating the leave process while also managing the administrative, reporting, and coordination responsibilities behind the scenes.

    • Collaborate with Payroll on the payroll-related components of employee leaves to help ensure accurate and timely processing.
    • Manage employee questions and requests through the company's ticketing system, ensuring issues are addressed and followed through to resolution.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to leave requests, approvals, active cases, and return-to-work processes.
    • Pull and analyze reports using Excel and collaborate with Payroll and other internal stakeholders to identify and resolve discrepancies.
    • Assist with the interactive return-to-work process and coordinate with HR, managers, Payroll, and other stakeholders as needed.
    • Help resolve complex or sensitive leave cases while ensuring consistent application of company policies.
    • Monitor leave data, identify trends, and support reporting related to leave utilization and program effectiveness.
    • Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local leave requirements.
    • Identify opportunities to improve processes and create a more efficient and employee-friendly leave experience.
    • Support the broader Benefits and Leave of Absence team with additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
