p>4 to 7 years of compensation experience with hands-on experience supporting compensation cycles Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities Experience with compensation surveys and HRIS/compensation tools Ability to communicate compensation concepts clearly to non-technical partners and exercise sound judgement within established guidelines. The Senior Compensation Analyst administers, and supports competitive, equitable compensation programs by managing salary structures, compensation cycles, market pricing, and related data, while advising Recruiting partners and leaders on pay decisions.
