The Assistant Community Manager is not responsible for the direct supervision of any personnel assigned to the site; however, in the absence of the Community Manager, the Assistant Community Manager will direct the work of the other team members. The work environment is relatively unstructured, allowing the Assistant Community Manager to interact and determine priorities in the way most appropriate or as directed by the Community Manager.
