Education/Certification & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree required; nonprofit management, business, communications, marketing, or related field preferred • Five (5) to seven (7) years of progressive experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, or community engagement • Demonstrated success in donor relations, fundraising, and volunteer program development • Experience working with boards, committees, or executive leadership preferred.
