Communication, Outreach, & Collaboration (20%) • Communicate effectively with parents, students, academic staff, and community stakeholders to build and maintain positive relationships; • Purposefully engage families and community members in meaningful student learning experiences; • Provide regular and timely updates to the Director pertaining to general academic programs, activities, challenges, and points of pride; • Work collaboratively with the senior leadership to ensure that we continue to promote and encourage a 'one-school' culture; • Lead and implement K-12 collaboration with various LSU departments to ensure that ULS is utilized as a true laboratory space for research and faculty on campus; • Attends after-school, night and weekend activities.
