Supervises participants in the SLD program at various job sites; Enforces program rules to maintain security and safety of labor detail participants; Conducts a daily check-in of individuals to ensure security and safety of labor detail participants; Ensures participants are prepared for their assigned job and property outfitted for the weather conditions; Coordinates with external stakeholders for daily work crew placement, nature of work to be completed, and tools necessary for each project; Transports participants safely to job sites using either a passenger van or passenger bus; Ability to safely operate a bus or other large vehicle with a trailer, including turning and backing into tight spaces.
