div>Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Ā· Assist with ordering plant material, hard goods, and job-related materials
Ā· Track and maintain inventory levels of hard goods and supplies
Ā· Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
Ā· Enter job costing information accurately into company systems (Aspire)
Ā· Assist in tracking materials and costs associated with jobs
Ā· Verify materials received and report any discrepancies
Ā· Maintain organized records of orders, inventory, and job cost data
Ā· Support coordination between field teams and the office
Ā· Assist with general operational tasks as needed

Requirements:
Ā· Minimum of 1ā2 years of experience in landscaping, construction, or a related field
Ā· Strong organizational and time management skills
Ā· High attention to detail and accuracy
Ā· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Ā· Strong communication skills
Ā· Proficiency with computers and ability to learn company systems (Aspire)
Ā· Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
