Maps, documents, and continuously improves end-to-end ERP process flows- including quote-to-cash (Q2C), procure-to-pay (P2P), plan-to-produce, and warehouse/inventory management-working closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders to ensure system configurations accurately reflect business rules and drive process efficiency. Strong working knowledge of ERP platforms, preferably JD Edwards (JDE), and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with the ability to map, troubleshoot, and optimize end-to-end process flows such as quote-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and plan-to-produce.
