QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND KNOWLEDGE: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification; Previous experience as a medical assistant in a clinical setting; Proven leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Knowledge of medical terminology, clinical procedures, and healthcare regulations; Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems. What you will do: Duties include both administrative and clinical responsibilities such as greeting patients, checking patients in/out, scheduling appointments, handling high call volume, assisting with procedures, performing phlebotomy, and other basic medical assistant duties as requested by the Providers, Team Leaders, or Health Center Manager, all while providing upstanding care and respect to our patients.
