The role is responsible for all functions in the acquisition process including sourcing/identifying potential investments, financial underwriting and modeling, market analysis, due diligence, leading purchase and sale negotiations with existing asset sellers, leading joint venture agreement negotiations with developers, and preparing materials and presenting investments to the CIO and Investment Committee.
