Additionally, this role supports the College of Science Advising Center and Office of Health Professions with maintaining physical and electronic files, scheduling appointments and meetings, updating spreadsheets and program rosters, assisting with data collection, providing project assistance, routine purchasing (e.g., office supply orders, food orders, promotional item orders, and printing orders) as well as event support, including room reservations, preparation of materials, ordering and picking up event food/beverages, setup and breakdown for events, and other routine logistics. * General computer knowledge, such as operating a laptop/desktop computer, typing, sending emails, reading and signing forms in Adobe Acrobat, utilizing pivot tables and functions in Excel, and mail merge in Word and Outlook, and the ability to navigate the Internet and learn new systems to obtain student information and complete tasks associated with the role.
