1+ years' experience working in a billing department, preferably in a government utility billing department is preferred for level 1. 2+ years' experience working in a billing department, preferably in a government utility billing department is required for level 2. 2+ years' experience in office-related work, accounts management or other related experience preferred. Under the direction of the Utility Billing Supervisor, assists with billing and collections, account maintenance/set-up, new meter requests, scanning, and customer inquiries related to all utility accounts (which include water, garbage, and stormwater) with great attention to detail.
