Soccer Shots Dayton is looking for a passionate part-time soccer coach to serve children ages 2-8.
In this role, you will work with small groups of children utilizing our best-in-class curriculum, using positive reinforcement and a low child-to-coach ratio to make sure each child feels confident in their own abilities. As one of the premier youth programs in the country, we use the sports to help children not only improve their motor skills, but also build essential life skills, such as self-confidence, teamwork, and physical literacy.

You'll meet with business owners and employee groups locally, leading benefit discussions and helping organizations implement solutions that support their teams.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate expertise in all aspects of coaching student-athletes and demonstrate a commitment to the highest ideals of leadership, sportsmanship and academics with demonstrated and successful experience working with people from diverse backgrounds. The assistant coach will engage in team operations, including travel arrangements and video needs and will perform additional duties related to coaching (e.g., compliance education, budget management, equipment procurement, and other duties as assigned by head coach).
