The Mortgage Loan Processor III processes and prepares for closing retail mortgage loans (conventional & government, construction, purchase & refinance, portfolio ARMs) under various loan programs in accordance with policies and procedures. Acts as liaison between, originator, underwriter, and closer/funder, to ensure timely closing of the loan, accurate completion of all loan documents, proper and complete signatures, and coordination of closing process.
