What you'll actually do here
- Make every guest feel welcome, remembered, and taken care of
- Go above and beyond: help guests find the right smoothie for their goals, and surprise them when you can
- Coach your crew in the moment so every guest gets that same experience
- Run the store from afternoon through close, calling the shots on labor and breaks
- Close the store like a pro so the morning crew can hit the ground running for their guests
We're looking for people who:
- Love people and light up when they get to make someone's day
- Have shift leader, key holder, or supervisor experience in food service (required)
- Lead by example, bringing the energy even when it's slow
- Show up on time and do what they say they'll do
- Are 18+, available evenings and weekends, with reliable transportation, and authorized to work in the U.S.
Pay & Perks
- $17/hr guaranteed. $12.50 base plus tips, and if that comes in under $17 for the pay period, we make up the difference. Keep your training current and hit our guest service standards, and the $17 is yours.
