Exhibits appropriate use of the nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation of the following disease entities: COPD, pneumonia, diabetes, anticoagulation therapy, total knee/hip replacement, cholecystectomy, CHF, UTI, MRSA infections, Detox, cancer, pain management. The Registered Nurse is responsible for the assessment, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of the delivery of safe and effective patient-centered care in a variety of settings based on education, knowledge, skill set, and competency.
