NewTime & Billing Specialist The Stevens & Lee CompaniesTime & Billing SpecialistReading, PAFull timeResponsibilities:Compiles and bills attorney hours to clients every month; Reviews and edits pre-bills in response to attorney and assistant requests; Apply retainer funds as directed by attorney; Process write-offs following Firm policy; Review and verify accuracy of billing and supporting documentation as required; Research and respond to inquiries regarding billing issues and problems; Assist with client collections on Accounts Receivable;Electronic submission and tracking of invoices;Review and categorize non-billable time monthly; Assist with performing conflict checks;Perform lateral conflict searches; Assist with other duties as needed. Qualifications:Associate's degree in accounting or a related field is preferred3 years of billing experience, preferably at a law firmEffective and efficient communication, data management and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and number/math skillsAbility to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
