The firm is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to join our Private Client Division in Washington D.C. The primary responsibilities include servicing clients, marketing, scheduling, prioritizing meetings, managing database, general organizational support, as well as client interaction.

This essential role helps to provide high touch administrative support to Financial Advisors, their prospective and existing clients and other branch staff team members.
Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Services basic inquiries and scheduling of meetings with prospective and existing clients Respond to client inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, and general service matters Process account openings, transfers, rollovers, beneficiary changes, and maintenance requests Maintain accurate and complete CRM records Execute equity, ETF, mutual fund, and fixed income trades as directed Assist with portfolio rebalancing Monitor cash balances and distributions Gather and organize client financial data Prepare and update financial plans using planning software Run retirement, cash flow, and scenario analyses Prepare client-ready reports and presentations Ensure all documentation meets firm and regulatory requirements Maintain organized client files and audit-ready documentation Assist with supervisory reviews and compliance requests Adhere to FINRA, SEC, and firm policies and procedures Perform other duties, as assigned Key Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Professional communication (written and verbal) Analytical mindset Client-first attitude with high integrity Experience with financial planning software Experience with portfolio management or rebalancing tools Experience executing trades in client accounts Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Education/Previous Experience Bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years of experience in wealth management or advisory support Licenses/Certifications SIE, Series 7 & 63/65 or 66 Insurance license McDermott Armati Wealth Strategies, LLC and its employees are independent contractors with respect to Raymond James, not employees of Raymond James. Cultivate and enhance new and existing client relationships through active communication with clients, processing client requests, resolving inquiries, providing guidance, and making sure key information and documentation remains current • Identify and assist with Firm services and solutions that support clients' needs, including banking products and services and secure, digital offerings like Morgan Stanley Online and Morgan Stanley Mobile • Confirm authorization and authenticate client when processing requests • Onboard and maintain client accounts, including collecting client information and required documentation, capturing and assessing risk, processing money movement transactions, and handling estate needs as examples • Input orders at the direction of clients and/or Financial Advisor(s), discuss reinvestment options and corporate actions with clients at the direction of Financial Advisors • Prepare financial plans, client reports, and other materials for client meetings • Review and take appropriate action on client account alerts. • Strong industry, product, and branch procedures knowledge • Exceptional writing, interpersonal, and client service skills • Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products • Team player with the ability to collaborate with others • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven • Knowledge of financial services products, including but not limited to equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts.
