You will be the initial point of contact, focusing on general front desk duties within a property management setting, such as handling phones, emails, scheduling appointments, assisting with administrative tasks, provde support to the property management team, handling resident applications, managing maintenance tickets, maintaining security and assist with various community projects. This role is non-exempt and has an anticipated annual pay rate of $15 an hour for a new employee depending on a number of relevant factors including individuals’ experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, client/property or company budgetary limitations/guidelines, and other job-related company and market considerations.
