Qualifications• 2–4+ years of leadership experience in sales, fitness, education, or service-based roles• Proven experience with outbound phone sales and CRM systems (100+ calls/week preferred)• Track record managing KPIs, revenue, scheduling, payroll, and team performance• Strong tech proficiency—comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Office, web apps, etc.• Bachelor’s or associate degree in business, education, or related field preferred• Availability to work at least 3–4 weekday evenings and 1-2 weekend day(s)• Bonus: Experience in children’s fitness, enrichment programs, or center-based operations. Sales & Membership Growth Drive new membership growth through high-volume outbound sales efforts (100+ calls/week typical) Own the full sales pipeline—manage inbound leads, book and convert trials, follow up with prospects Track and exceed KPIs across trials, conversions, revenue, and communication metrics Develop marketing events at a local level to drive lead generation campaigns, community activations, and local partnerships Deliver a mission-aligned sales experience that builds trust and communicates value to families.
