Serve on Hospital committees, including but not limited to the Medical Executive Committee, Credentials Committee, Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, CH Leaders Forum, ED Door-to-Floor Committee, Daily Hospital Safety Huddle, Daily Flow Meeting, Long Length of Stay Meeting, CH Quality Management Committee, CH HAC Meeting, Hospital Performance Improvement and Patient Safety Committee, and Utilization Management Committee. Participate in the Hospital Performance Improvement process and collaborate with the Vice President of Quality and Performance Improvement to ensure uniformly excellent patient outcomes while enhancing the quality, safety, and efficiency of the patient experience.
