Overview: The Senior Development Manager is primarily responsible for directing community development operations through oversight of project teams consisting of internal and external resources, including managing the planning, design, permitting, construction and turnover of community improvements along with receiving approvals from regulating authorities and preparing/managing budgets and cost controls. + Prepare and manage detailed project budgets, cash flow and schedules for all projects including planning/design, subdivision improvements, infrastructure roadway improvements, park improvements, and amenities.
