p>Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Superintendent for Career and Technical Education (CTE), and in accordance with established policies and procedures, the Career Development Coordinator is responsible for assisting and supporting assigned CTE programs, staff and students, implementing the K-12 Career Preparation System and serving as a liaison between the ERESA Career Preparation Center (CPC) and the assigned district(s) for CTE program support, recruitment, enrollment and reporting. Help organize, coordinate and participate in CTE programs, services and events, such as: student orientations, presentations, CTE advisory meetings, counselor meetings, field trips, mobile lab exploration events, summer camps, recruitment events, work-based learning and other opportunities.
