p>This role is a hybrid position with the expectation to work onsite (3) three days a week in the Ericsson office located in Plano, TX, Austin, TX, Bellevue, WA, Boise, ID, Irvine, CA, Lewisville, TX, Morristown, NJ, New York, NY, Overland Park, KS, Santa Clara, CA, or Washington, DC.

p>• BS/BA or 1+ years of Encore or equivalent experience required • 1 year technology sales or hospitality experience preferred • Prior sales experience in audiovisual is a plus • Knowledge of hospitality industry and sales processes preferred • Technical aptitude and computer proficiency required • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Based out of Dallas, Texas, you will meet sales targets that grow revenue and develop market share by evaluating accounts AA, A, and B market and business opportunities, developing leads, acquiring new customers, and winning and maintaining key accounts and customer commitment.

The Construction Operations Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the construction division, including profitability, operations, team leadership, and growth. Experience managing: Project Managers, General Superintendents, Estimators, Cross-functional construction teams.
