Required Qualifications: Associate degree in a related discipline, Between 4 and 7+ years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing environments, particularly within the pharmaceutical or consumer goods sectors; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel along with strong skills in the Microsoft Office suite; 3-5 years experience working with an ERP system; 3+ years In-depth knowledge of master scheduling, forecasting, customer service, logistics, distribution, and inventory management; Solid understanding of MPS, MRP, forecasting techniques, and the impact of sourcing decisions; Ability to work in a hybrid setting in New Brunswick, NJ, with at least 50% of time spent on-site and the flexibility to increase on-site presence beyond 50% based on business needs. The Production Planner will work closely with internal planning teams and Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) to support production schedules, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
