The ideal candidate will bring experience working in or alongside public-sector, affordable housing, and community partnership environments, with the ability to translate complex development strategies into clear, persuasive messaging for agencies, housing authorities, nonprofit partners, community stakeholders, and internal leadership. This position sets the strategic direction for vertical marketing and procurement efforts, manages pursuit and marketing team resources, and is accountable for brand presence, proposal quality, pursuit execution to support the development team, budget management, and marketing KPI performance for the vertical.
