5+ years of progressive HR generalist or business partner experience with demonstrated responsibility for employee relations, investigations, performance management, and corrective action decisions.
Participate in the annual strategic planning process with a framework for divisions, including the identification of key strategic initiatives at corporate level, the development of actionable plans and KPIs to measure progress.
Education:
Bachelor's degree with major or emphasis in Human Resources, Business Administration or a closely related field required for external candidates but preferred for internal candidates.
