Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related course of study and a minimum of five (5) years of related experience that may include paid employment, internships, or work-study assignments providing hands on exposure to recruiting, marketing, sales, or human resource functions is required OR High School diploma and 7 years of related experience that may include paid employment, internships, or work-study assignments providing hands on exposure to recruiting, marketing, sales, or human resource functions.
