As a member of the Management Team and reporting to the Sr Manager, Human Resources, you serve as a strategic business advisor regarding key organizational and management needs while providing guidance and oversight of performance management, employee relations, leader development, workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, engagement, talent management, as well as, general HR policy administration. Create the right environment as a champion for HR initiatives, employee advocacy, building a culture of engagement while partnering with Center of Excellence teams in support and guidance of talent recruitment, organization design, employee development, pay planning, labor relations, talent review and succession planning, as applicable.
