Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Comprehensive knowledge of DoD and Federal IT program management principles and practices • Understanding of Military Health System (MHS) organizational structure and operations • Familiarity with Navy Medicine IT portfolio management and cybersecurity requirements • Experience with cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) contract management • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, SharePoint, and Teams • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Government environment • Knowledge of CPARS reporting and contractor performance assessment processes.
