Day-to-day responsibilities include handling print, copy, and scan requests, performing basic binding and finishing, assisting with shipping and receiving, sorting and distributing mail and packages, maintaining supplies and logs, checking that convenience copiers are functioning properly, and responding to customer questions regarding job status and service requests.
