Maintain and actively manage the RAAIDD log (Risks, Assumptions, Actions, Issues, Dependencies, and Decisions) across all workstreams and releases, facilitate regular RAAIDD reviews with workstream leads to ensure timely identification, escalation, and resolution, and track dependency chains to proactively surface blockers.
