Duration: Contract - 12 months
Pay Range: $83.18/hr to $105.64/hr (W2)

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager supporting business capability and change to join our team at the Bothell site. The contractor will support the Cell Health Intelligence Platform (CHIP) transformation across Cell Therapy manufacturing by coordinating local change management activities, communications, stakeholder engagement, readiness, and adoption planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Support execution of the Bothell site change approach in alignment with CHIP priorities and deployment timing.
  • Identify and document local impacts across roles, processes, shifts, and stakeholder groups.
  • Engage stakeholders and end users through interviews, working sessions, floor engagement, and other listening activities.
  • Adapt program communications, training, and readiness materials for the Bothell operating environment.
  • Coordinate leadership updates, FAQs, office hours, change champion activities, and local reinforcement materials.
  • Track readiness, engagement, adoption indicators, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues through appropriate channels.
  • Coordinate with program workstreams on release schedules, process changes, training needs, go-live, and hypercare.
  • Maintain concise change deliverables and organized site resources in approved collaboration channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in organizational change, communications, adoption, business transformation, or technology change.
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, readiness, communications planning, and post-deployment support.
  • Ability to translate enterprise plans and complex information into clear, practical site-level actions.
  • Strong facilitation, relationship-building, written, verbal, visual communication, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate evolving timelines and dependencies, and identify and escalate risks.
  • Ability to work 100% onsite in Bothell with flexibility for virtual program meetings.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other regulated life sciences environments.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, quality, laboratory, supply chain, frontline, or shift-based teams.
  • Experience with enterprise applications, digital transformation, or multi-release technology programs.
  • Familiarity with formal change management methodologies; bachelor's degree and change certification are a plus.

Stakeholders understand what is changing and what is expected. Site leadership has visibility into readiness and adoption risks. Local communications, training, and engagement are practical and aligned with the CHIP program. End-user feedback is captured and used to reinforce adoption.

Work Schedule

100% onsite. Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
