div>Our client is seeking a PEO Sales Representative where you will be responsible for generating new business primarily through broker, CPA, insurance, and referral partner relationships.
Our client was founded in 1998 where the owners started out as insurance brokers but noticed that their clients needed more than just employee benefits- they needed full service support to help them manage the process, and other HR operations, end-to-end.
Referral Partner Development- Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key referral sources: senior living and assisted living communities, elder law and estate planning attorneys, financial advisors, hospice and home health providers, senior placement specialists, social workers, care managers, discharge planners, and faith-based community leaders.
WHO YOU ARE
Required Experience- 2–5 years of experience in business development, outside sales, in-home sales, or relationship-based selling senior services, healthcare, or home services industry strongly preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
