Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the full project lifecycle-from initial site visits and concept development through zoning and planning coordination, permitting, and construction documents • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients across commercial, mixed-use, retail, industrial, energy, and other land development projects • Collaborate closely with the Practice Leader to grow the business by strengthening existing client relationships and developing new opportunities • Prepare and oversee fee proposals, manage scopes, schedules, and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to support professional growth and project success across the team • Conduct site visits, gather existing conditions data, and perform construction inspections as needed • Partner with project assistants on project setup, invoicing, and closeout to ensure seamless project administration • Prepare technical reports, regulatory submittals, and client deliverables with a high level of quality and professionalism. Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) license (required) Proven experience in land development engineering design, permitting, and regulatory processes Demonstrated success managing projects, teams, and client relationships Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style Experience preparing fee proposals and managing project financials A passion for mentoring and developing future engineering and design professionals.
