div>The Project Executive – K–12 Business Development is a seller-doer leader responsible for establishing TimberQuest’s presence in the Southern California K–12 / DSA market by originating work, shaping delivery strategy, and ensuring successful execution of early projects.
This role is designed for a Project Executive-level builder who can operate across the full lifecycle, from relationship development and pursuit strategy through preconstruction and into early execution. Project Executive will act as a trusted advisor to school districts, program managers, architects, and construction partners, translating TimberQuest’s prefabricated/Flat Packed/Modular approach into solutions that align with DSA requirements, district expectations, and real-world project constraints.
Success in this role is defined by:
- Establishing credibility in the SoCal K–12 market.
