DEFINITION: To plan, organize, evaluate, review, and supervise maintenance activities within facilities and maintenance operations including building maintenance and pertinent construction, electrical maintenance, HVAC maintenance and repair and vehicle services; to promote a physical environment that promotes safety and comfort for College faculty, staff, and students; and to coordinate assigned facility and vehicle maintenance activities with other College departments, divisions, programs, and activities and outside organizations.
